*Free Shipping only Applies to Order over the amount of $ 100. All items priced below $ 100 will
have to pay for shipping. shipping prices will be according to the following chart.

At Ocean of Jewels, we use FedEx® insured as our primary shipping carrier for Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day service and Overnight Services, including Saturday Overnight if requested. We may choose to use USPS or UPS on certain shipments, at our discretion or by your request, in order to ensure that you receive your jewelry on time and in good condition.

This gives us the ability to insure and track each package that we ship, so that in the case of loss or transit damage, you are fully covered and insured for the purchase of your order.

Once you order has shipped we will email you a tracking # so that you can track your package during transit.


Signature Delivery

In order for us to be able to insure your jewelry for its full value when we ship, it is required also that we obtain a signature from you on delivery on all orders and for all Express shipments.

This means that someone has to be at your shipping address to sign for the package, or the shipping company will leave you a slip with your tracking # and delivery options. You can then pick up your package the same night at your specified Company station nearest you or delivery will be re-attempted 2 more times before the package is sent back to us automatically.


PO Boxes

Fed Ex, UPS and USPS do not ship to PO Boxes, so please be sure to indicate a physical shipping address when ordering.

However, if you prefer to ship to your PO Boxes, we will make exceptions and make special trips to the post office and ship via United States Postal Service. We may refuse to ship to PO Boxes on larger orders.


Delivery Time

Be sure to view the shipping time on your particular order. Choosing an Express or Priority Shipping method does not mean that the processing time on your product will be faster. Be sure to read the shipping and processing time on your item's product information page. Please also keep in mind that "Business Days" do not include weekends or holidays.
